Accessibility
The nearest airport is Nice Airport in Nice. Flying to Nice the cheap way can be done by Transavia, Easyjet and Ryan Air.
A rental car can be rented through www.autoeurope.nl. and other rental agencies at the airport of Nice.
From Nice you reach Italy by following the direction of Genoa. A8 motorway. The journey from Nice to our house is a bit more then an hour by car. (75 kilometers)
There are also excellent train and bus connections from Nice to Ventimiglia and then to Castel Vittorio.
When renting, you will receive detailed directions to our house.
Corona
After a thorough clean the house will also be desinfected after each period of rent en ventilated before you arrive.
It is possible to make an annulation with complete refund of the paid rent if the travelinstructions of your country for our province of changes from yellow to red of by closed borders.
Prices
- Low season € 425 per week ( Max 2 persons)
- High season € 625 per week ( Max 2 persons)
- (03 juli till the 5 th of september 2021)
It is also possible to rent the house for a long period of time. Writing a book in the beautifull wintertime, a two month retrait to refill your batteries, etc. For further information please contact us.
Conditions:
Cleaning fee € 55 payable at time of booking.
Weekly Rent:
Arrival Saturday from 16.00 p.m., departure Saturday before 10:00 a.m.
The rental price includes bed linen. The beds are made upon arrival.
Gas, water and electricity are included (except low season )
Pets not allowed
Smoking is not allowed in the house
